There is something deeply special about standing beside two people as they promise a life together. Hearing your story, crafting a ceremony that feels like yours, and holding that space as you step into a new chapter is work I never take for granted.

It is a privilege to witness love, celebrate union, and mark one of life's great rites of passage.

What does being a Marriage Celebrant mean to me?

It brings me great joy to offer a sacred, safe, and calm space in which two people in love can share in traversing one of life's more significant thresholds in the presence of their nearest and dearest. It is such an incredibly joyful time and, as everyone knows, it also can be quite a stressful time of heightened emotion. As a celebrant I feel my role is to create a space that encourages you both to feel connected, calm and present with each other in the ceremony of love that is your wedding. 

My background is in the birth and maternity space with years of experience supporting women and families through one of life’s most significant rites of passage. From this foundation it felt like a natural progression for me to become a Registered Marriage Celebrant.
